Olivia – Co-founder

Olivia is the driving force behind the agency.
After studying economics, she moved to Ecuador, where for several years she managed numerous projects with social organisations. She forged very strong links with the communities and developed a deep knowledge of and love for the country.
Utopian and pragmatic at the same time, she was able to involve several of her friends and put all the pieces together to build a solid bridge between Europe and Ecuador.

Anna – Co-founder

Anna is the organisational wizard, the one who makes sure that travellers have an exceptional experience with complete peace of mind. No problem is insoluble for her, no unexpected event frightens her, she has more than one alternative in her bag.
She is Italian and has a degree in sociology. Her desire for adventure and her curiosity about the world led her to come and live in Ecuador, and since then she has become the most Cuencanese of all Cuencanese. She has a very good knowledge of the country and excels in communicating with all our partners.

Pablo – Ethnologist

Pablo is the ultimate cultural exchange facilitator. Franco-Ecuadorian by birth, he knows both cultures inside out. He has always had a passion for ancestral cultures, and from an early age he accompanied his parents on projects all over the country. Today, they accompany travellers on their adventures. Much more than a translator, he is the link between two cultures, enabling people to share unique moments.

Franco – Native Guide

Fanco is a native of the Kichwa community of Saraguro in the south of the country. After studying sustainable tourism in Quito, he undertook a number of assignments for local authorities. Passionate about ancestral medicine, he has also been an apprentice shaman for several years. He particularly enjoys sharing his culture with travellers, and has even learned to speak French with them.
